Lange & Sohne, Breguet, Breitling, Cartier, and Blancpain, to retailers, people working in the watch-making sector.
Within a few years Claudio Tassinari, owner of today's Just in Time company, became a well established and respected wholesaler in the field of luxury watches by creating a network of international contacts. The owner is indeed a member and associations, including: IWJG (USA), HICC (Hong Kong), WTA (Munich), HKWGS (Hong Kong) and is always present at the most important and prestigious trade fairs of the sector.
Mr. Claudio Tassinari has frequently travelled to Eastern and Western countries in order to allow the company Just in Time to introduce its big array of excellent quality watches, both modern and vintage, which represent the company’s pride and joy.
Initially the products by Just in Time were aimed only at professionals and collectors, but since the market has become more global and electronic, Claudio Tassinari decided to widen and make its offer available also to private customers, by creating justintimewatches.it, in order to put at their disposal his advice and his models.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These conditions of sale concern the purchase of products and services made through the site justintimewatches.it managed by Claudio Tassinari via Gramsci,13 - Pieve di Cento (BO) registered in the Bologna Companies Register VAT number 01363590389.
PAYMENT MODALITIES
Advance bank transfer. In order to reserve the goods chosen at the time of the order, it will be necessary to provide, via e-mail, the receipt of the transfer, no later than 3 working days from the date of acceptance of the order. The dispatch of the ordered goods will take place only upon crediting of the amount due to the c/c of Just in time watches, which must take place within 7 days from the date of acceptance of the order. After this deadline, the order will be automatically considered cancelled. The reason for the bank transfer must include:- Name and surname of the person placing the order.
- Description of the watch ordered.
- The bank details will be communicated to the Customer upon acceptance of the order.
For each order placed on justintimewatches.it, Just in time watches issues an invoice for the material shipped, sending it via email to the person placing the order, pursuant to art. 14 D.P.R. 445/2000. For the issuing of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is valid. No changes to the invoice will be possible after the issuing of the same."
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have up to 14 days from receipt of your order to make the return, following the instructions below:- Notify us of your decision to return.
- The watch must be returned in intact conditions, without having been worn or damaged, with the complete set and the original packaging delivered at the time of purchase.
- The return shipping of the watch will be paid by the sender. You will be responsible for arranging the return shipment, including shipping costs. Use a traceable shipping service and insure the package for the full value of the watch. Any damage or loss during transport is the sender's responsibility.
- The packaging must provide adequate protection to prevent any damage that may occur during the return journey.
- The product must not have scratches or signs of wear.
- Once we receive the watch, we will check the watch within 7 working days to verify its condition.
WARRANTY AND SERVICES
We perform an in-depth and meticulous analysis on each watch to verify not only its authenticity but also its aesthetic and performance conditions, issuing a guarantee on regular functioning valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
The images of our watches show the real and current state of the product.
The photographs taken by our professional photographer for each individual watch for sale, accurately reflect the details and characteristics of each watch.
SHIPPING COSTS
For international shipping please contact us. Shipments are made by courier Ferrari Group and are insured.- Domestic shipping (Ita) €50
- EU shipping (European Union) €100
- Extra EU shipping (Outside the EU) €150, the recipient is responsible for paying VAT and duties for importing the watch into the country of destination. You will be contacted by the courier when the package arrives at customs.
PRIVACY
The personal data requested during the order process are collected and processed in order to satisfy the express requests of the Customer and will not be transferred to third parties under any circumstances and for any reason. Just in time guarantees its customers compliance with the legislation on the processing of personal data, governed by the privacy code referred to in Legislative Decree 196 of 30.06.03.

APPLICABLE LAW
The sales contract between the Customer and Just in time watches is deemed to be concluded in Italy and governed by Italian Law. For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this distance selling contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference court of his/her municipality of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Bologna.
